HLC believes that our primary responsibility is to ensure effective governance over the company’s affairs for the benefit of all its stakeholders. The Code of Business Conduct of HLC (referred to hereafter as The Company) consists of policies relating to the ethical and legal standards of conduct to be followed by its management and shall apply to any additional member of the team who may be included in the company.
The Company undertakes to comply with the legal system of the country in which it operates as well the FCPA and the Marketing Code of Conduct in the South African Healthcare Sector as well as Act 101 as amended in June 2017.
